Nothing to hide. Nothing to hunt for.
One public page for each association's documents.
Upload the governing documents, budgets, minutes and notices once. Owners, buyers, lenders and title companies all get the same address, and it stays current as you add and replace files.

How it works
Add an association
Give its name, city and state. It gets a public address right away, made from its name.
Drop in its documents
Upload many files at once, set the category and date, and fix exceptions. Nothing is public until you publish it.
Share the address
Copy the address, print the QR code in the newsletter, or paste a link list into the association's own website.
- Publish when you're ready. Drafts stay with your team. Unpublish, and it's gone from the page at once, even for someone already holding the link.
- Replace a file, keep the link. The address of a document never changes, so printed links stay good. Earlier versions stay with you.
- Owners-only documents. One access code per association. No accounts to set up, no passwords to reset.
- You decide what to post. Posting requirements vary by state and governing documents.
- Quiet unless it matters. No tracking on public pages, no emails to owners, nothing to moderate.
- Your data stays yours. Download every association's files as a zip, anytime. If you leave, we delete it all after 30 days.
Pricing
$50 a year per association
Priced per association, so a self-managed board pays for one. Your whole team is included.
Prefer monthly? $5 a month per association. Yearly saves 17%
Your price
$500 per year for 10 associations
or $50 per month, month to month
More than 50 associations? Type the number in the box; it's the same price for each. Your whole team is included.
Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
30 days with everything included, no credit card. We email you 7 days and 1 day before it ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
If you don't pick a plan, you can't make changes, but your public pages stay up and you can still sign in for 30 days. Then the pages say the association is no longer posting here, and your data is deleted. We email you 7 days before.
Do I pay for each person on my team?
No. Your whole team is included. You pay for each association with a page.
What if I add or lose an association?
Add one anytime; it's charged right away for the rest of your billing period. Archive one and your bill drops at the next renewal. Until then it stays paid for, so adding another usually costs nothing extra. Every plan covers at least one association.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, anytime, from Settings, and it takes effect right away. Stripe shows the exact amount before you confirm.
How do I cancel?
Whoever set up the account cancels from Settings. Your plan runs to the end of the period you've paid for; there are no refunds.
How can I pay?
By card or bank payment, through Stripe. Invoices are in Settings.
Other questions
Is it only for management companies?
No. Management companies, managers working on their own, and self-managed boards can all sign up. A manager working alone is a team of one.
Does it know what my state requires?
No, on purpose. AboveBoard doesn't track any law and never says what must be posted, by when, or for whom. Posting requirements vary by state and governing documents. The categories only save typing.
Do owners need an account?
No. Anyone with the address can read what's public. Owners-only documents take the association's code, which you hand out.
Is my data safe?
Each company's data is kept separate, files sit in private storage and leave only through short-lived links, and only your team can see drafts. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising.
